As an early career researcher (4 years after PhD with 2 years and 8 months of career interruption), I have published 29 peer-reviewed research papers, and 11 were first authors. Totally citations > 1200, H-index was 15. I wish to connect with Shaw Laureates and other distinguished scientists to share my views on cancer diagnosis with next-generation sequencing experience and cancer treatment with extracellular vesicles. Furthermore, I wish to build potential collaborations with talents and expand my research field.

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), focusing on extracellular vesicle (EV)-based therapeutics for respiratory diseases and lung cancer. My research journey began with studying the mechanisms of these diseases. At the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, I investigated the impact of air pollution and e-vaping on lung health, demonstrating in a mouse model that common air pollution levels in Australia increase COPD risk in parents and asthma susceptibility in offspring. These findings influenced public health discussions on air quality standards.
Building on this foundation, I transitioned to lung cancer research, applying next-generation sequencing (NGS) at Genetron Health Co. Ltd. to enhance cancer diagnosis and precision medicine, improving personalized treatments. My expertise spans in vitro models, mouse studies, genomics, and pathology, with a strong focus on translational research.
I have published 29 papers in respiratory diseases, lung cancer, and molecular biology, with an H-index of 15 and 1,236 citations, highlighting the impact of my work within the scientific community.
