Statement of Purpose to Join the Forum (max. 200 words)

I am a postdoctoral researcher in toxicology at Karolinska Institutet, and did my doctoral training in molecular immunology. I am looking to connect with professionals in my field. I hope to exchange ideas, stay updated on the latest research, and explore career transition opportunities at the forum. I look forward to engaging in discussions and contributing my insights where possible.

Abstract of Research / Brief Description of Your Current Research Interest (max. 200 words)

My research focuses on toxicology, particularly investigating the effects of environmental and chemical exposures on human health, with a special interest in lung cancer. I aim to understand the molecular mechanisms by which toxic substances contribute to lung cancer development, including immune responses, biomarker discovery, and risk assessment. My work integrates molecular biology, immunology, and data-driven approaches to explore how environmental toxins and carcinogens interact with biological systems.
