As a first-year Master's student who has not yet determined a precise research topic, I greatly appreciate any opportunity to engage with the forefront of mathematics. Learning from distinguished scholars, particularly laureates, will help me gain insight into the areas of mathematics that resonate most with me.
Additionally, I am eager to learn about the interests and research approaches of my colleagues from around the world. Understanding different academic cultures and broadening my professional network are invaluable experiences. The forum provides a unique opportunity not only to connect with my peers but also to interact with more senior researchers. I believe this will be an enriching experience, allowing me to gain insights into how PhD students conduct research and, on a more practical level, to learn from their experiences with applications and academic development.
Participating in such an event will give me a broader and more advanced perspective on my academic career. It will help me understand the qualities necessary for conducting meaningful research and guide me in refining my research strategies and methodologies.

I am interested in the intersection of geometric group theory, representation theory, and operator algebras, particularly general topics such as Property (T) and random walks on groups. Additionally, I have an interest in algebraic geometry, which I tend to view as a variation of the spectrum theory of irreducible representations.
