I enjoy learning about new discoveries in medicine with my interests spanning from neuroscience to andrology. Through my journey in research and academia, I have been able to follow my curiousity in these fields and learn science from a broader view, picking up various techniques in many areas such as histopathology and embryology. I believe there is so much to learn, and limiting yourself to one aspect of science is not beneficial when medicine is an interplay of many different systems. The Hong Kong Laureate Forum showcases the best research in the wide field of life science and medicine, and it would be an honor to attend as a young scientist.

My current research further explores the negative effects of sperm DNA fragmentation on in-vitro fertilization outcomes. Additionally, I also explore microfludics as an alternative sperm selection method to minimize sperm DNA fragmentation. This technique is being considered as a faster and safer selection method and could be implemented as a standard in embryology clinics in Hong Kong.
