The Hong Kong Laureate Forum, as an international platform convening the world's leading scientists, aligns closely with my research through its distinctive interdisciplinary exchange. I eagerly anticipate engaging in in-depth discussions with Shaw Prize laureates and fellow researchers at the forum regarding cutting-edge issues in botanical studies. Specifically, I aim to explore how plant-microbe symbiosis can be leveraged to enhance plant environmental adaptability and ensure crop yield under climate change pressures. Through this forum, I hope to establish collaborative networks with scholars across diverse biological research fields, thereby advancing the translation from mechanistic studies to technological applications. This collaboration will ultimately facilitate germplasm innovation and contribute to global food security.
